We have multiple positions (total 5) for multiple languages (English, Arabic and French) in our patient advisory division of one of our business verticals i.e. Medical Travel.

Eligibility to apply for the position :

- Minimum experience of 2 to 3 years in handling international patient inquiries

- Minimum experience of 3 years in Medical Travel Industry

- MBA in healthcare or any degree in medical is mandatory to do justice to the role and responsibility towards our patients for better and right guidance

Role Brief:

- This is a Patient Consulting role. It is about providing clinical assistance to patients worldwide and helps them discover the best healthcare provider for their medical treatment

- A strong understanding of Human body anatomy is a crucial skill for this position

- End to end patient case management to ensure patient delight

- Fluent in language writing and communication skills

- This role will demand to work in different shifts so one must be open

- Please note that this is not an operations role. This is a patient-facing role where you have to consult and advise patients based on their medical condition and discuss several products and services of MediGence to benefits them.
