Responsibilities :

- Provide personalized care to our patients

- Coordination between doctors/patients and departments

- Supervision and coordination of billings

- New patients follow up & maintain and follow up daily patients (new and old).

- Maintaining and preparing daily / weekly / monthly reports.

- Strategy and planning for the new patient in flow

- Cost counselling the patient on treatment advised by doctors

- Understand patient profile & problem

- Provide every possible help they need throughout their journey

- Act as a single point of contact for the patients

- Advise patients about the services they may need through structured discussions. Ensure they understand our value proposition

- Generate and drive revenue by providing greater awareness and information of our services

- Create or increase interest in our service offerings

Job Requirements :

- Bachelor's required - Medical field preferred

- Excellent communication skills

- Experience 2 to 5 years, preferably in healthcare industry

- Open to a start-up environment

- Ability to develop and maintain good public relations

- Should be fluency in English and Hindi

- Prepared immediate joiner

- 6 Days working
