Pediatric Cardiac Surgeon - Healthcare - MBBS/MS/M.Ch/DNB (6-14 yrs)

- Perform complex surgical procedures, evaluate pediatric cardiac conditions, collaborate with medical teams, and provide patient care
- Perform complex surgical procedures on infants, children, and adolescents with congenital or acquired heart conditions.
- Evaluate and diagnose pediatric cardiac conditions through clinical assessments and diagnostic imaging.
- Collaborate with pediatric cardiologists, anesthesiologists, and critical care teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Provide pre-operative counseling and post-operative care to patients and families.
- Ensure the highest standards of surgical techniques, safety, and sterility during operations.
- Monitor post-surgical recovery and address complications as they arise.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records and surgical reports.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and contribute to improving patient outcomes.
- Train and supervise junior doctors, surgical residents, and support staff as needed.
- Stay updated with advancements in pediatric cardiac surgery through continuing education and research involvement.
