Pharmacist - Healthcare (1-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
Prescription Handling:
- Dispense medicines as per doctor's prescription.
- Ensure proper dosage advice and substitution only with doctor's consent.
- Cross-verify bill details with prescription and expiry dates.
Customer Service:
- Counsel patients on medicine use and possible reactions.
- Manage home delivery and follow-up on orders.
- Attend to drug-related queries and calls.
Inventory & Sales:
- Accurately record stock entries and monitor - no stock- items.
- Conduct weekly physical stock audits and daily rack checks.
- Ensure proper handover during shift changes.
- Support sales and billing activities.
- Verify quantity, MRP, batch, and expiry of received items.
