JOB ROLE
- Training Need Identification and Preparation of Monthly Training Calendar.
- Plan and deliver induction and New hire training program on bi-monthly basis.
- Plan and deliver existing employee training program in SAP/BOT/HBP as per requirement.
- To track three monthly assessments of trainees and carry out counseling whenever required.
- Prepare and report fortnight Training MIS and record actual Training Expenses.
- Collect and help to solve issues related to attendance, ID card, Uniform during Branch visit.
Required Skill Set :
- Good understanding of Pharmacy industry with experience in Training would be best fit this role.
- Well versed with regional Language (Odia) is must for this role.
- This job will require traveling within the region across retail/hospital based pharmacies for on the job training purpose.
Experience: 3-5 years
