Physician Assistant (2-9 yrs)
The primary responsibility of the role will be to assist patients to end-to-end over-call for their health needs in coordination with the healthcare service provider and ensuring the patient has a seamless experience and understanding of the treatment.
Responsibilities :
- Assist patients over calls and advise them with a solution to their healthcare queries & help fix appointments at Healthcare Service Provider
- Coordinate with on-field team members & work closely to deliver the best possible service to the customer
- Understand patient requirements of the treatment pre/post consultation and act accordingly
- Should be able to understand multiple specialty requirements both surgical and nonsurgical
- Should have basic excel skills and technology efficient
