Preferred qualification : MBBS, BAMS, BDS, BHMS, BUMS, BPT (Physiotherapist)

Experience : 0-5 years with excellent English communication. (More experience can also be considered provided it is in the salary range)

Job description :

1. Receive audio recording of Physician - Patient interaction from US.

2. Categorize and summarize the physician and patient interaction under different fields like history of present illness, review of systems, physical examination, plan details.

3. Populate the summarized data in the electronic health record and generate the chart note.
