PK Online - Panchkarma Therpist (0-2 yrs)
Scope of work:
- Your responsibility is to oversee the effective functioning of the Ayurvedic wellness center, deliver exceptional services and products and stay in tune with the evolving preferences of our customers.
- Managing client communication, including phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions, to schedule appointments, provide information about recommended treatments, and address client inquiries.
- Administering various traditional Panchakarma therapies and packages, such as Abhyanga, Swedana, Basti, Nasya, and others, according to the individual needs and health goals of clients.
- Teach the staff about Ayurvedic therapies, how to interact with customers, and what products/services we offer etc.
- Ensuring that all treatments are carried out with precision, attention to detail, and adherence to Ayurvedic principles and protocols.
- Maintaining a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment in treatment rooms and throughout the center.
- Upkeeping the hygiene and maintenance of therapy equipment and managing inventory of all equipment and medicine used in treatments.
- Performing any other duties or tasks as assigned by the Ayurveda doctor or management team to support the smooth operation of the center.
- Arrange for therapy essentials to be available when needed.
- Any other scope of work was decided and communicated by Ayurveda doctor.
