Platinum Hospital - CathLab Technician - Matoshree Indirabai Baburao Sarnaik Hospital (1-3 yrs)
- Prepare and set up Cath Lab equipment and instruments for procedures.
- Assist the cardiologists and nurses during angiography, angioplasty, pacemaker insertion, and other procedures.
- Monitor patient's vital signs and hemodynamics during procedures and promptly notify the team of abnormalities.
- Handle catheters, guide wires, and related devices under aseptic conditions.
- Operate imaging equipment and physiologic recording systems efficiently.
- Prepare, process, and organize imaging data and reports for future reference.
- Perform quality control checks to assure proper functionality of all equipment.
- Handle inventory and restocking of consumable items in the Cath Lab.
- Follow radiation safety and aseptic protocols to protect patient and staff from unnecessary exposure and contamination.
- Provide patient care and support before, during, and after procedures.
