Platinum Hospital - Consultant Anaesthetist - Matoshree Indiabai Baburao Sarnaik TMC Hospital (1-3 yrs)
- Provide expert anaesthetic care for a variety of surgical procedures, including major and minor surgeries across multiple specialties.
- Manage perioperative anaesthesia and sedation for patients in the operating theatre, intensive care unit, and pain management clinic.
- Offer preoperative assessments to determine the most appropriate anaesthetic plan for individual patients.
- Lead and supervise a team of junior anaesthetists and anaesthetic nurses.
- Collaborate with surgeons, intensivists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
- Contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and protocols to improve patient safety and care.
- Participate in departmental teaching programs, including the supervision of junior staff and medical students.
- Lead and participate in audits, quality improvement projects, and clinical research to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.
- Provide on-call and emergency anaesthesia cover as required.
