Job Description:
Patient Consultation & Diagnosis:
- Conduct thorough medical examinations and assess patient symptoms.
- Diagnose and treat common illnesses, infections, and chronic diseases.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including blood tests, X-rays, and scans.
Treatment & Prescriptions:
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on diagnosis.
- Prescribe medications, lifestyle changes, and therapeutic procedures.
- Monitor and adjust treatments as needed to ensure patient recovery.
Preventive Healthcare & Patient Education:
- Educate patients on disease prevention, healthy lifestyles, and wellness strategies.
- Administer vaccinations and perform routine health screenings.
- Offer guidance on managing chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease.
Emergency & Critical Care:
- Provide first-line emergency care for acute medical conditions.
- Stabilize patients before referring them to specialists or hospital admission when necessary.
Collaboration & Referral:
- Work closely with specialists, surgeons, and healthcare professionals for patient care coordination.
- Refer patients to specialists for advanced diagnosis and treatment when required.
Medical Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate patient records, medical histories, and treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with medical regulations, hospital policies, and ethical standards.
Continuous Learning & Professional Development:
- Stay updated on advancements in medical research and treatment methods.
- Attend medical conferences, training programs, and workshops to enhance knowledge.
