Platinum Hospital - CSSD Technician - Matoshree Gangubai Sambhaji Shinde Hospital (1-3 yrs)
We are looking for a dedicated CSSD Technician to ensure proper cleaning, sterilization, and distribution of surgical instruments and equipment. The role is crucial for maintaining hospital hygiene and infection control standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate autoclaves, ETO sterilizers, and other equipment to sterilize tools
- Inspect, clean, and pack surgical instruments as per standard protocols
- Maintain accurate records of sterilization cycles and inventory
- Deliver sterile supplies to OT, ICU, and other departments as needed
- Follow infection control, hygiene, and hospital safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- Diploma in CSSD, OT Technician, or related medical sterilization training
- 1- 3 years experience in CSSD or OT (preferred)
- Knowledge of sterilization equipment and infection control procedures
- Basic computer and documentation skills
Skills Required:
