Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee hospital operations, patient services, and resource management.

- Ensure compliance with NABH/NABL standards and government health schemes.

- Supervise staff recruitment, training, and scheduling.

- Manage budgeting, financial planning, and hospital billing.

- Enhance patient experience and grievance resolution.

- Coordinate with medical teams, government agencies, and insurance bodies.

Qualifications & Experience:

- MHA/MBA in Healthcare or PG Diploma in Hospital Administration.

- 5+ years- experience in hospital management.

- Expertise in healthcare operations, finance, and compliance.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
