Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee hospital operations, patient services, and staff management.

- Ensure compliance with NABH/NABL standards and government healthcare schemes.

- Manage budgeting, billing, and financial planning.

- Supervise staff hiring, training, and performance evaluation.

- Enhance patient experience, grievance handling, and service quality.

- Liaise with government authorities, insurance bodies, and medical teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

- MHA/MBA in Healthcare or PG Diploma in Hospital Administration.

- 5+ years- experience in hospital management.

- Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance, finance, and operations.

- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
