Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ICU Nurse to provide direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate should have experience handling critical patients and operating ICU equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage critically ill patients
- Administer medications and IV fluids as per doctor's orders
- Operate and monitor ventilators, cardiac monitors, and other ICU equipment
- Maintain accurate nursing records and charts
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare staff
- Provide emotional support to patients and families
Requirements:
- GNM/B.Sc Nursing with valid registration
- ICU experience preferred (minimum 1 year)
- Good clinical knowledge and critical care skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Compassionate and team-oriented
- Working Hours: Rotational Shifts (Day/Night)
