Platinum Hospital - ICU Nurse - Matoshree Indrabai Baburao Sarnaik Hospital (1-3 yrs)
Job TITLE- ICU Nurse
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide round-the-clock nursing care for critically ill patients in ICU.
- Monitor vitals, hemodynamic parameters, and maintain detailed nursing charts.
- Assist in ventilator management, oxygen therapy, and airway care.
- Administer IV fluids, infusions, blood products, and medications as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during intubation, central line insertion, and ICU procedures.
- Perform ABG sampling, ECG monitoring, and support diagnostic tests.
- Ensure infection control practices, sterile techniques, and ICU hygiene standards.
- Provide wound care, catheter care, and pressure sore prevention.
- Respond to Code Blue, initiate CPR, and assist in resuscitation measures.
- Communicate patient condition changes promptly to intensivists/consultants.
- Maintain accurate documentation of interventions, nursing notes, and medication records.
- Support patients and families with counseling and emotional care.
- Ensure continuity of care during handovers and multidisciplinary coordination.

Qualification & Experience:
- GNM/B.Sc. Nursing with valid registration.
- ICU/critical care nursing training preferred.
- 1- 3 years- ICU experience desirable.
