Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ICU Nurse to provide high-quality critical care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit at our Ulhasnagar hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and critical parameters
- Administer medications, infusions, and emergency interventions
- Assist doctors during procedures and ICU rounds
- Operate ICU equipment (ventilators, monitors, etc.)
- Maintain sterile environment and follow infection control protocols
- Communicate patient updates to doctors and families
- Maintain accurate ICU documentation and shift handovers
Qualifications:
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with valid registration
- 1- 3 years of ICU or critical care experience
- Trained in BLS/ACLS (preferred)
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work under pressure
