Experience: Minimum 1 year in ICU/Critical Care (Freshers with relevant training may apply)

Qualification: MBBS/BAMS/BHMS with ICU experience preferred

Job Responsibilities:

- Monitor and manage ICU patients under the guidance of senior consultants.

- Conduct timely assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of critical care patients.

- Perform emergency procedures as per ICU protocols.

- Maintain accurate medical records and coordinate with the nursing team.

- Assist in mechanical ventilation management, intubation, and resuscitation procedures.

- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, infection control measures, and patient safety norms.

Skills & Requirements:

- Clinical expertise in ICU/Critical Care management.

- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and make quick decisions.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
