Job Description:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assist in life-saving procedures.
- Collaborate with doctors and healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Operate and maintain ICU medical equipment, including ventilators and monitors.
- Ensure adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols.
- Educate patients and their families on post-ICU care and recovery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate interventions.
