Platinum Hospital - Lab Technician (1-3 yrs)
- Collect blood, urine, stool, and other body fluid samples from patients.
- Perform routine laboratory tests including hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and pathology.
- Prepare specimens for examination and ensure proper labeling and storage.
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Record and analyze test results accurately and report to the concerned physician or department.
- Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and reagents.
- Ensure proper disposal of biohazardous waste following safety protocols.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs), infection control, and quality control guidelines.
- Enter patient data into the Laboratory Information System (LIS).
- Assist in preparing diagnostic reports and documentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the laboratory at all times.
