We are hiring a dedicated Lab Technician to join our medical team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to build a career in healthcare. You will play a key part in helping doctors with accurate diagnoses by handling lab samples and equipment with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, label, and handle blood, urine, and other biological samples
- Conduct routine lab tests and prepare specimens for analysis
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment safely
- Ensure proper hygiene, sterilization, and waste disposal
- Record and report test results accurately
- Maintain stock of lab materials and ensure timely replenishment
- Follow all safety and quality control protocols
What We- re Looking For:
- DMLT/B.Sc. MLT/MLT Diploma (mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of sample collection and lab safety
- Familiarity with lab tools and diagnostic procedures
- Good communication and team collaboration skills
- Freshers with strong learning attitude are encouraged to apply
