Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Technician with 1- 3 years of experience to perform routine and specialized lab tests, ensure accurate sample handling, and maintain lab hygiene and reporting protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, label, and process blood, urine, and other samples
- Conduct diagnostic tests (biochemistry, hematology, etc.)
- Operate and maintain lab equipment and machines
- Record results and assist in preparing reports
- Follow infection control, safety, and waste disposal protocols
- Maintain proper documentation and stock of lab consumables
Requirements:
- DMLT/BMLT or equivalent qualification
- 1- 3 years of lab experience (hospital or diagnostic lab preferred)
- Knowledge of lab safety, quality control, and equipment handling
- Basic computer skills for lab data entry
