Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Nurse Matron to lead and supervise the nursing staff, ensure quality patient care, and maintain nursing standards across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire nursing team
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and hospital policies
- Monitor patient care and handle escalations
- Conduct training, evaluations, and duty allocations
- Maintain discipline, hygiene, and infection control standards
- Coordinate with doctors, administration, and other departments
Requirements:
- GNM/B.Sc Nursing with valid registration
- 5+ years of nursing experience (including 1-2 years in a supervisory role)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage shifts and emergency situations
