- Prepare and arrange surgical instruments and supplies before procedures.
- Assist surgeons during operations by providing instruments and maintaining a sterile field.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and anesthesia effects during surgery.
- Ensure adherence to infection control and sterilization protocols.
- Maintain accurate surgical records and inventory of OT supplies.
- Work closely with the surgical team for smooth operation flow.
