Platinum Hospital - OPD RMO - Matoshree Indirabai Baburao Sarnaik TMC Hospital (1-3 yrs)
- Perform initial examination, history-taking, and basic investigations for walk-in patients.
- Provide basic treatment, first aid, and stabilization before referral to a specialist if needed.
- Support senior consultants during OPD consultations and procedures.
- Monitor and manage follow-up patients under the guidance of consultants.
- Maintain and update patient records, prescriptions, and case summaries in the EMR or manual files.
- Counsel patients regarding medications, lifestyle changes, and treatment adherence.
- Coordinate with diagnostic departments (lab, radiology) for timely investigations and results.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and reduce waiting times through efficient triage and management.
- Handle minor medical emergencies within OPD and escalate serious cases appropriately.
- Adhere to hospital policies, medical protocols, and ethical standards in all patient interactions.
