Job Summary:
We are hiring a skilled OT Technician to assist in surgical procedures by preparing the operation theatre, sterilizing equipment, and supporting the surgical team to ensure smooth and safe operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare OT before and after surgeries
- Sterilize surgical instruments and maintain aseptic conditions
- Assist surgeons and nursing staff during procedures
- Manage surgical instruments, OT equipment, and supplies
- Maintain OT records, equipment checklists, and sterilization logs
- Follow infection control protocols and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Certificate in OT Technician Course
- 1- 3 years of experience in hospital OT
- Knowledge of surgical instruments and sterile techniques
- Physically fit, alert, and team-oriented
