Platinum Hospital - OT Incharge - Freedom Fighter Hakim Ajmal Khan TMC Hospital - GNM (3-5 yrs)
Qualification:
- Bsc in Nursing/GNM + MBA in Hospital Management with 3-5 years of Experience.
- Supervise daily operations of the operation theatre, including scheduling and resource allocation.
- Monitor and ensure strict adherence to sterilization and infection control practices.
- Coordinate with surgical teams, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff for seamless workflow.
- Maintain inventory of surgical instruments, consumables, and medical equipment.
- Supervise OT technicians, scrub nurses, and other support staff; allocate duties and manage shift rotations.
- Ensure timely maintenance and functioning of OT equipment and machines.
- Monitor staff performance, conduct training, and ensure continuous skill development.
- Ensure proper documentation of surgical procedures, incidents, and OT logs.
- Participate in audits, inspections, and accreditation (NABH/JCI) compliance activities.
- Handle emergency situations, resolve conflicts, and report incidents to higher authorities.
