Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible OT Incharge to supervise and manage the Operation Theatre team, ensure OT readiness, and maintain surgical protocols at our Mumbra facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise OT technicians, nurses, and support staff
- Ensure sterilization, equipment readiness, and OT hygiene
- Coordinate with surgeons and anesthetists for surgery scheduling
- Maintain OT records, checklists, and inventory of surgical items
- Implement infection control and safety protocols
- Train and guide OT staff as per hospital standards
- Handle emergencies and ensure smooth workflow during surgeries
Qualifications:
- Diploma in OT Technician / GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
- 4- 7 years of OT experience with at least 1- 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of OT instruments, procedures & infection control
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
