Qualification:
- Bsc in Nursing/GNM/OT Technician With Minimum 3-5 Years of Experience
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of all operation theatres.
- Ensure OT readiness, including sterilization, equipment checks, and staff deployment.
- Manage OT scheduling in coordination with surgeons and anesthetists.
- Ensure compliance with surgical safety protocols and infection control standards.
- Lead and guide OT technicians and nursing staff for smooth surgical procedures.
- Maintain inventory and requisition of OT consumables and instruments.
- Ensure documentation and reporting are accurately maintained.
- Handle emergency situations efficiently and ensure quick OT turnaround.
