Job Description:
- Prepare the operating room with necessary surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies.
- Assist surgeons and anesthetists during surgical procedures.
- Monitor patient vital signs and ensure their safety before, during, and after surgery.
- Maintain strict adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
- Handle and maintain surgical instruments, ensuring proper sterilization and storage.
- Provide post-operative care and support to patients in the recovery room.
- Maintain accurate documentation of surgical procedures and patient records.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient and safe patient care.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations in the OT.
