Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled OT Nurse to provide assistance during surgical procedures, maintain sterility, and ensure proper patient care before, during, and after operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients and OT for surgical procedures
- Assist surgeons during operations with instruments and equipment
- Maintain sterile field and follow infection control protocols
- Monitor patient vitals during procedures
- Handle pre-operative and post-operative nursing care
- Ensure OT supplies and instruments are available and sterilized
Requirements:
- GNM/B.Sc Nursing with valid registration
- Minimum 1 year of OT experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of OT protocols and aseptic techniques
- Good communication and coordination skills
