Job Summary:
We are hiring an OT Technician to assist in surgical procedures by preparing the OT, sterilizing instruments, and supporting the surgical team during operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain OT before, during, and after surgery
- Sterilize surgical instruments and maintain equipment
- Assist surgeons and nursing staff during procedures
- Handle surgical instruments and consumables responsibly
- Maintain OT cleanliness and infection control protocols
- Document usage and support OT inventory management
Requirements:
- Diploma in OT Technology or relevant course
- Minimum 1 year of OT experience preferred
- Knowledge of sterilization techniques and OT protocols
- Alert, responsible, and good team player
