Platinum Hospital - Registered Nurse - GNM (1-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in wards, ICU, and emergency settings.
- Monitor vitals, hemodynamic parameters, and maintain detailed nursing documentation.
- Administer IV fluids, infusions, injections, blood transfusions, and prescribed medications.
- Assist in intubation, extubation, central line care, and other bedside procedures.
- Manage ventilator settings, oxygen therapy, and airway care under physician supervision.
- Perform wound dressing, catheterization, suctioning, and post-operative patient care.
- Support doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergency interventions.
- Ensure infection control, aseptic techniques, and hospital safety protocols.
- Educate and counsel patients and families regarding treatment, recovery, and home care.
- Provide structured handovers to ensure continuity of care.

Qualification & Experience:
- GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) with valid Nursing Council Registration.
- 1- 3 years- hospital/ICU/ward experience preferred.
- BLS/ACLS certification an added advantage.
