Platinum Hospital - Resident Medical Officer (1-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide immediate medical care to admitted patients (IPD).
- Assess, diagnose, and manage patients in emergency situations.
- Conduct regular ward rounds and monitor patient progress.
- Implement treatment plans as advised by consultants.
- Prescribe medications and order necessary investigations.
- Assist in medical procedures and surgeries when required.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
- Respond promptly to code blue and other emergency calls.
- Coordinate with nursing and paramedical staff for patient management.
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, infection control, and safety standards.
- Counsel patients and relatives regarding treatment plans and progress.
