Platinum Hospital - Resident Medical Officer - ICU - Matoshree Indirabai Baburao Sarnaik Hospital (1-3 yrs)
- Conduct initial and follow-up assessments of all ICU patients.
- Monitor and manage critically ill patients, including those on ventilators and life support systems.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies within the ICU.
- Initiate and monitor treatment protocols under the supervision of ICU consultants.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
- Participate in daily ICU rounds and update consultants on patient status.
- Order and interpret investigations, including blood tests, imaging, and ECGs.
- Liaise with other departments (e.g., radiology, pathology) as needed for patient care.
- Ensure informed consent is obtained prior to procedures.
- Supervise and guide junior residents or interns, if applicable.
- Maintain infection control practices and adhere to hospital protocols.
