Job Title: Ward RMO (Resident Medical Officer)
Location: Satya Sai Platinum Hospital, Ulhasnagar - Unit of Platinum Hospital Pvt. Ltd.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a responsible Ward RMO to oversee patient care in hospital wards. The role involves conducting rounds, monitoring patient progress, managing emergencies, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring smooth medical care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular ward rounds and assess patient conditions.
- Prescribe medications and treatments as directed by consultants.
- Attend to emergencies and provide immediate medical support.
- Coordinate with nursing staff for patient care.
- Maintain proper documentation and case records.
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to hospital protocols.
Requirements:
- MBBS with valid registration (MCI/State Council).
- 0- 3 years of hospital/ward experience preferred.
- Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making ability.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
