Platinum Hospital - Senior OT Technician (5-8 yrs)
- Prepare the Operation Theatre for all scheduled surgeries in advance.
- Handle, check, and sterilize instruments and equipment.
- Assist surgeons and nurses during procedures by organizing instruments and delivering them promptly.
- Monitor and maintain aseptic conditions in the OT at all times.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance of equipment to avoid breakdowns.
- Keep proper inventories of instruments, implants, and consumable stocks.
- Ensure proper disposal of waste and sharps following hospital protocols.
- Guide and supervise junior OT Technicians in their duties.
- Prepare and maintain reports and documents related to OT usage.
- Handle emergencies efficiently and respond promptly under pressure.
