Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Staff Nurse to provide quality patient care, assist doctors, and ensure smooth nursing operations in the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide bedside care and monitor patient condition
- Administer medications and IVs as per doctor's orders
- Maintain accurate patient records and reports
- Assist in ward rounds and minor procedures
- Ensure hygiene, comfort, and safety of patients
- Follow infection control and hospital protocols
Requirements:
- GNM/B.Sc Nursing with valid registration
- Minimum 1 year of clinical/hospital experience preferred
- Good communication and observation skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
