Platinum Hospital - Staff Nurse - Freedom Fighter Hakim Ajmal Khan TMC Hospital (1-3 yrs)
Qualification:
- Bsc in Nursing or GNM/ANM
- Provide direct nursing care to inpatients, emergency, ICU, and specialty wards.
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients- conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Prepare patients for and assist during diagnostic tests and procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation in patient files.
- Educate patients and families regarding care instructions, post-discharge guidelines, and medication usage.
- Ensure cleanliness, infection control, and safety in the assigned unit.
- Assist in emergency procedures such as CPR and first aid as needed.
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to create and implement patient care plans.
- Follow all hospital protocols, ethical standards, and confidentiality guidelines.
