Platinum Hospital - Staff Nurse - Matoshree Indirabai Baburao Sarnaik Hospital - GNM/ANM (1-3 yrs)
- Provide quality patient care in wards, ICU, OT, or other hospital departments.
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and progress of the patient.
- Prepare and administer medications and fluids as prescribed by the doctor.
- Perform nursing procedures, such as catheterization, nasogastric tube insertion, and wound dressing.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the health care team.
- Provide health education and counsel to patient and relatives on medication, lifestyle, and follow-up care.
- Handle emergency situations promptly and efficiently (such as cardiac arrest, shock, respiratory distress).
- Maintain confidential patient records and reports accurately and safely.
- Monitor for complications and side effects of treatments, promptly notifying the doctor when abnormalities arise.
- Ensure infection control practices and hospital policy guidelines are followed at all times.
- Bsc Nursing/GNM/ANM Candidate Preferred
