Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Ward Nurse to provide patient care, administer medications, and assist in the daily clinical routines of the hospital ward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide bedside care to admitted patients
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses
- Maintain patient records and vital signs charting
- Assist doctors during rounds and procedures
- Ensure hygiene and comfort of patients
- Follow hospital protocols and infection control measures
Requirements:
- GNM/B.Sc Nursing with valid registration
- Minimum 1 year of ward/clinical experience preferred
- Good communication and observation skills
- Ability to work in shifts and handle multiple patients
