Job Title: Ward Nurse
Location: Satya Sai Platinum Hospital, Ulhasnagar - Unit of Platinum Hospital Pvt. Ltd.
Position Summary:
The Ward Nurse will be responsible for delivering patient-centered nursing care in general wards. The role includes routine monitoring, medication administration, coordination with doctors, and ensuring overall comfort and safety of admitted patients.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor patient conditions and promptly escalate concerns.
- Administer drugs, IV infusions, and prescribed treatments.
- Support doctors during ward rounds and procedures.
- Educate patients and attendants about care plans.
- Maintain hygiene standards and infection control in the ward.
- Document patient progress and update case sheets regularly.
Candidate Profile:
- GNM/B.Sc. Nursing with active registration.
- 0- 2 years of ward nursing experience (freshers may apply).
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, attentive, and capable of handling multiple patients.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
