Platinum Hospital - Ward Resident Medical Officer - Satya Sai Platinum Hospital (1-3 yrs)
- Conduct routine rounds in the ward to monitor patient condition and progress.
- Document and update medical records and patient histories accurately.
- Ensure timely administration of medications and treatment as per consultant advice.
- Attend to medical emergencies, perform initial stabilization, and escalate critical cases.
- Assist consultants during procedures, assessments, and diagnostics when required.
- Coordinate with nursing staff for smooth and continuous patient care.
