Platinum Hospital - X-Ray Technician - Matoshree IndiraBai Baburao Sarnaik Hospital (1-3 yrs)
- Operate X-ray and other imaging equipment efficiently for diagnostic purposes.
- Position patients accurately and adjust equipment settings to capture required images.
- Ensure patient safety by applying proper radiation protection measures (e.g., use of lead shields).
- Prepare and maintain X-ray rooms, equipment, and supplies in a clean and ready-to-use condition.
- Maintain accurate records of procedures performed, including image documentation and patient details.
- Assist radiologists or physicians in interpreting images when required.
- Follow infection control, safety, and quality assurance protocols.
- Report equipment malfunctions promptly to the appropriate authority.
- Provide clear instructions and reassurance to patients before, during, and after procedures.
- Comply with hospital policies and regulatory standards (e.g., AERB guidelines in India).
