Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree within healthcare sector - MBBS/BDS/BPTH/BAMS/BHMS/B.Pharma.

- If not Bachelor- s, an MBA/PG Diploma in Healthcare Management, specialization in Marketing post any Bachelor's degree.

- 1+ years of demonstrated experience in the digital marketing field.

Requirements :

A) Location : Bangalore

B) Work hours : 9 am to 7 pm

C) Full-time opportunity (Monday to Saturday)

Role :


The Clinical Marketer/Marketing Expert will work closely with the doctors/specialists of Proactive for Her. If you care deeply about women's health and are excited to work on sexual and reproductive health, outside of general health issues, we would love for you to apply.

1. Needs to be passionate about holistic women's health, and willing to take on marketing responsibilities for the same.

2. Should utilize many of the foundations of general marketing to achieve their goals: market segmentation, targeting, positioning, and branding.

3. Basic knowledge of data analysis and awareness of the healthcare landscape and digital marketing landscape to build a personable and creative approach into marketing.

4. Should have great interpersonal communication to handle constant management of relationships with the clinical team of doctors, nutritionist, psychologist and fitness coach.

5. After taking ideas from all team members on campaigns, should do proactive decision making, and possess leadership abilities to select the right marketing campaign and shepherd it to completion.

6. Should be able to coordinate closely and collaborate between several different individuals and teams - marketing team, video editing team and clinical team to design marketing campaigns that meet the organization's overall strategic goals.

7. Implement the marketing strategies with creativity and deadline-based time-management that meet the organization's goal of growing our client base and clients getting to know our clinical team.

8. Evaluating the effectiveness of old marketing campaigns and the viability of new ones.

9. Should be a team player and have no qualms asking for help w.r.t anything with the marketing campaigns - content from clinical team, designing from video editing team and implementing from marketing team.

10. Need to understand a healthcare product, and effectively put it into the hands of the people who need it most.

11. Fostering relationships both within the organization and outside of it. In the end, we are selling a product, but, ideally, that product is a healthier, happier life.
