- Over all Daily Operations and Administration Management.
- Patient Care Service
- Floor Management
- Efficiency and Employees Management
- Hospital Data Management
- Compliances
- Marketing & Branding team support
- Financial counselling of IVF patients.
- Vendor management.
- Tele caller, Accounts Dept, Pharmacy, Reporting activity.
- Prepare a duty chart for department staff.
- To check & maintenance of AMC for machines.
- To keep track of the overall performance of the Centre and report the same to the management.
- Business Development.
- Medical camps plan and execute.
- Financial Counselling to patients.
