JOB DESCRIPTION Duties:

- The Nurse Educator will demonstrate clinical expertise, leadership, management, excellent communication skills and knowledge of education theory and principle necessary to develop educational programs and achieve optimal educational outcomes.

- Designs, implements, and evaluates designated unit-based educational programs and coordinates collaboration with hospital-based educational programs

- Assesses learning needs through formal and informal approaches to data collection to determine specific education needs.

- Utilizes teaching techniques that promote critical thinking and evidence based practice incorporating principles of adult learning theory.

- Identifies, coordinates and plans educational offerings for Behavioral Health personnel, with consideration of but not limited to mandatory regulations, safety, performance improvement, new equipment, technologies, and clinical advancements.

- Evaluates the effectiveness and learning outcomes of educational activities. Conducts classroom and/or clinical instruction to behavioral health staff.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:-

1. Age: 21-51 yrs.

2. Qualification: Candidate should be graduate/diploma holder in relevant field.

3. Experience- Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field.

4. Good communication skills (mandatory)

5. Clients should have sufficient funds to sustain in country. Eg: Real Estate Property, Bank Balance Bank Deposits, FD, PPF.

IELTS not mandatory in Hongkong
