Quality Executive (1-5 yrs)
- Maintain and monitor all quality parameters as per NABH standards.
- Conduct departmental audits (medical & non-medical) in alignment with SOPs and compliance norms.
- Coordinate and document committee meetings as per predefined calendars.
- Lead incident reporting processes, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA).
- Manage patient satisfaction surveys and ensure feedback is addressed.
- Conduct daily quality rounds to ensure adherence to protocols.
- Proactively identify and mitigate patient safety risks.
