Radiologist - Healthcare - MD/DMRD (0-2 yrs)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiologist to join our medical team. The Radiologist will be responsible for diagnosing and interpreting medical imaging results, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of medical imaging techniques, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to provide accurate diagnoses to assist in patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret diagnostic imaging results, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, ultrasounds, and other imaging modalities.
- Prepare and deliver accurate radiology reports to assist referring physicians in diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams to discuss findings and coordinate patient care.
- Provide consultations to medical staff regarding imaging procedures, safety, and techniques.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in radiology and medical imaging technology.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when interacting with patients and healthcare staff.
- Participate in training and mentoring junior radiologists and other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, standards, and protocols within the radiology department.
- Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours imaging services, as required.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Medical Radio Diagnosis (D.M.R.D.)/ Medical degree (MD) with specialization in Radiology.
- Board certification in Radiology (preferred).
- years of experience working as a Radiologist in a clinical setting.
- Expertise in reading and interpreting various types of medical imaging studies (X-ray, MRI, CT, ultrasound, etc.).
- Familiarity with radiology software and imaging systems (e.g., PACS).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound clinical judgments under pressure.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
