Job Description :

We are looking to onboard a Radiologist who will be a part of our Client in Bangalore, India. If you care deeply about women's health and are excited to work on menstrual, sexual, and reproductive health, we would love for you to apply.

Responsibilities :

- Needs to be passionate about holistic women's health, and willing to take on and assess not just the disease condition, but the patient as a whole.

- Should be available and able to do the ultrasound examinations (USG) prescribed within the Gynaec department, arising from OPD consultations, to provide primary healthcare to women.

- Demonstrate strong empathy while dealing with the concerns of patients. Also, willing to work in collaboration with specialists and other healthcare staff in order for the patient to have the best possible comprehensive care.

- Actively support preventive healthcare activities like prevention and screening packages and/or programs.

- Provide regular inputs, and innovative ideas for constant improvement of the service delivery.

- Collaborate with the Clinical Director and team on process-related activities like SOPs and Protocols.

- Clinical compliance especially with respect to legal requirements (PCPNDT Act), sharing medical evidence- based ultrasound reports, and working based on the set clinical protocols.

- Product team :

A) Provide inputs for existing products and services, including diagnostics, and work closely with the product and operations teams to improve workflows to reflect the best care practices.

B) Regular meetings with the product team - to create new medical evidence-based products, and a roadmap for setting up guidelines for screening programs for preventive health care.

d) Understanding the active need for preventive and primary healthcare for women.

Job Requirements :

a) Karnataka State Medical Council-registered radiologist

b) Female radiologists are desirable.

c) The clinic's current working hours are from 8 AM - 8 PM. Further discussion and finalization are to be done over interviews/meetings.

d) Required to work between multiple clinics, based on the need and demand.

Qualifications :

- MBBS from a reputed Indian University

- MD/DNB Radiology

- 3+ years of post MD/DNB experience (Additional certifications around ultrasonography are a bonus.)
